Miss Phelan Pageant 2022-23 will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 5pm in the Womack Auditorium at Pinon Mesa Middle School in Phelan.
The Tri-Community is welcome to view the crowning of Miss Phelan in each of the seven age divisions as the contestants eagerly await and hopefully hear their name. Also awarded will be Miss Photogenic, Miss Congeniality. And awards just for fun are; Best Hair, Prettiest Eyes, Best Smile, Best Pageant Attire, Personality, Speech, Interview, Fashion Show, and Best Modeling.
The age divisions are: Tiny Miss Phelan- 1-2 years. Petite Miss Phelan- 3-6 years. Little Miss Phelan- 7-9 years. Junior Miss Phelan- 10-12 years. Young Miss Phelan- 12-14 years. Teen Miss Phelan:- 15-17 years, and Miss Phelan- 18-21 years old.
Contestants will compete in an interview, an on-stage question, and evening gown. The Queens will have an active role in a variety of community and Chamber sponsored events throughout their year long term. Miss Phelan and her Court will also reign over Phelan Phamily Phun Days.
