Looking for something to read instead of spring cleaning? Look no further than the Phelan Memorial Library’s upcoming book sale! On Saturday, April 20th from 10 am to 3 pm, the library will be hosting a book sale in the parking lot. For just $5, visitors can fill a bag with books of their choice. In addition to the parking lot sale, the library’s Book Store will be open and offering specialty book selections for purchase.
All proceeds from the sale will go towards supporting the library’s many programs. The event is organized by the Friends of the Library and information on becoming a “Friend” will be available at the sale. Donations of books are also welcome and can be dropped off during regular business hours, with a limit of two boxes per donation.
The Phelan Memorial Library is located at 9800 Clovis Road, across from the Phelan Post Office.
