My Hero Subs & Pub Supports Local First Responders

Michelle Hannon Buy Local, COVID-19, NewsBrief COVID-19, Restaurant

My Hero Subs and Pubs hosted a sandwich extravaganza for four local hospitals. The idea was to honor all of the medical staff’s hard work and devotion to caring for our communities in the wake of coved 19.  The goal set was to deliver 1000 sandwiches to health care workers.

In mid-May, 1000 sandwiches were successfully delivered to hospitals in the High Desert, Kaiser Victorville, St Mary’s Hospital, Victor Valley Global Hospital, and Desert Valley hosted by My Hero Subs and Pubs located in Phelan.

Doctors, nurses, technicians, and all staff received a free sandwich with support from sponsors in the Tri-Communities, such as Mills Hardware, Phelan Chamber of Commerce, Stihl Power Equipment, Desert Mountain Veterinary, Phelan Gas, Metro by T Mobile, Dina Velez & Carol Smith at Keller Williams Realty, Earth Right Building and Development, and Veteran Armory!  Thank you, Tri-Community Businesses, for caring and sharing.
