My Hero is now serving up dishes like Squaw Bread Avocado Mashed Toast, or Biscuits with Gravy for that most important meal of the day. “Our muffins are exceptionally larger than others, and our bagel spreads are made special in-house,” said Hailey Jennings, Manager of My Hero Subs & Pub. The new breakfast menu is meant to attract new customers to this early-bird eatery. A whole line-up of specialty coffees, bagel sandwiches, and those extra-large muffins are fresh and ready for dine-in or take-out. A custom refrigeration system keeps their beer temperature down to frosty levels. “We have a special method that chills our draft beer to 27 degrees,” stated Bobby Martin, who has owned the restaurant for three-year. We even stay open late for all of Serrano High School football games. We are huge in the Community. We work quite a bit with the Phelan and Pinon Hills Chambers of Commerce.”
