“Give Hope, Give Life, Give Blood”. Give someone a second chance.  Life Stream Blood Bank mobile unit will be in Phelan during April at Stater Bros, 4059 Phelan Road from 11-4pm on Saturday, April 17th, and at the VFW 9415 Phelan, 4892 Nielson Road from 2-7pm on Monday, April 26th.
