Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 8am-12noon Tri-Community residents can take advantage of a Free Tire Day.  Residents may drop-off for free up to 9 tires (must be off rim).  NO commercial tires.  The Free Community Tire Day is for District residents.  Must show proof of residency.  Drop-off is at the CR&R Service Yard located at 9828 Buckwheat Road in Phelan.  Sponsored by Phelan Pinon Hills CSD, CR&R and  CalRecycle.
