Free Cleanup & Tire Drop Off Day Planned For September

The Phelan CSD and CR&R Environmental plan cleanup days and tire drop off days throughout the year. Each event is very successful, often times collecting hundreds of tires.

Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 8am-noon is an opportunity for Tri-Community residents to take advantage of a Free Cleanup & Free Tire Day.  Residents may drop off for free residential trash and yard waste, and recyclable material, and also for free, up to 9 tires (must be off rim).  NO commercial tires or commercial waste.  NO hazardous materials or e-waste.

The Free Community Cleanup   Day is for District residents only.  Must show proof of residency.  Drop-off is at the CR&R Service Yard located at 9828 Buckwheat Road in Phelan.  Sponsored by Phelan Pinon Hills CSD, CR&R and  CalRecycle.
