Dr. Peter Stoops, D.O. has opened Oak Hills Family Care and Urgent Care in Oak Hills. Dr. Stoops had an office in Phelan for many years working for a high desert medical group. Dr Stoops was liked by many local residents. Having a family care practice and urgent care with a trusted doctor close to the Tri-Community is a welcomed service.
