Looking for something special to do on Valentine’s Day? Problem solved. The Wrightwood Blues Society is presenting the Not-So-Newlywed Game Dinner Show on Valentine’s Day weekend, Saturday, Feb. 15, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Step back in time as adult audiences enjoy an evening of live music, dinner and comedy while four couples compete in this twist on the 1970s game show. This year’s “not-so” celebrity couples are Judy and Ray Bryson, Collette and Lee Budd, Marie and Mark Stafford, and Barbara and Rodger Whitten. Proceeds benefit the WBS Music Scholarship (Wrightwood’s Got Talent).
Tickets are $40 for WBS members and $50 for nonmembers.
Doors open at 5 p.m., with beverages available. Dinner is served at 6 p.m., accompanied by duets from acclaimed local performers. Tickets are limited and should be purchased in advance at wrightwoodblues.org.
The event will be held at the Wrightwood Community Building, 1275 Hwy. 2 in Wrightwood. For more information, call 760-574-8231.
