The Wrightwood Community Services District (CSD), in collaboration with DJ Fitgreen and Three13 Management, is set to host “Fire on the Mountain,” a community charity and appreciation event aimed at supporting victims of the recent Bridge Fire and celebrating the valiant efforts of first responders. The event is scheduled for noon on Saturday, September 21, in the Wrightwood Community Building parking lot located at the intersection of Highway 2 and Park.
This community gathering promises a day filled with entertainment and activities, with Nashville recording artists Sofie Tabesh and Chris Canyon headlining the event. Additional attractions include karaoke sessions, line dancing, and various yard games for children, all aimed at fostering community spirit and solidarity.
“Fire on the Mountain” not only offers an opportunity for locals to enjoy a day of music and fun but also serves as a crucial fundraiser for those impacted by the Bridge Fire. All proceeds collected during the event will be managed by the Wrightwood CSD and directed towards aiding fire victims, ensuring direct support to those most affected.
The event will also serve as a platform to honor the dedication and bravery of first responders from across the state who worked tirelessly to protect Wrightwood during the crisis. The community aims to acknowledge and thank these heroes for their efforts in protecting lives and properties.
Wrightwood invites everyone to come together, contribute to a noble cause, and strengthen their bonds as a community resilient in the face of adversity. For further information and to learn how you can contribute or participate, please contact the Wrightwood CSD or visit their official website. Let’s stand together as #WrightwoodStrong, showing our gratitude and support to those who keep us safe. #BridgeFireRelief #ThankYouFirstResponders.
