Halloween is almost here and we’ve rounded up a list of events, so you can make the most of the weekend. On Friday, October 24th, 2025
Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Senior Game Day – From 10:00am-4:00pm. NOW meeting at Pinon Hills Senior Center. Cribbage 10am-1pm, Dominoes 1-4pm. Seniors come by for a visit & info about becoming a member. Location: 10433 Mountain Road in Pinon Hills.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 3:00pm – 6:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Pinon Hills Elementary Fall Festival– From 4:00pm-7:00pm. Free games, opportunity baskets, $5 wristbands for jumpers, vendors & local business booths. Wear your costume for Costume contest. Family fun. Free entry. Open to the Community. Location: Pinon Hills Elementary 878 Mono Road in Pinon Hills.
Friday Night Steak Dinner at The VFW – From 5:00pm-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.

Chakra Yoga Flow Class – From 9:00am. Gentle yoga flow. $15 for classes. Location: Love Roots Yoga Shala 1329 Hwy 2 2nd Floor Wrightwood.
Halloween Trunk or Treat at Smoke Tree Junction – From 10:00am-3:00pm. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of Halloween festivities, including a costume contest, face paint, DJ, photo booth, tacos and much more. Location: Smoke Tree Junction at 815 Hwy 138 in Pinon Hills.
Frightwood 5K Mini Monster Mile & Drac Dash– From 11:00 am. A run/walk for all ages & skill levels. Travel thru the town, see decorated homes, watch out for ghouls. Costumes welcome. Awards & prizes. For entry fees & info go to: wrightwoodrunningclub.com. Location: Wrightwood Elementary School 1175 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Wrightwood Elementary Fall Festival– From 1:00pm-6:00pm. Variety of games, inflatable activities & food. Family fun. Enjoy live music from Wrightwood Blues Society- Blues n Schools. Don’t forget to wear your costumes. Location: Wrightwood Elementary School 1175 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
High Desert Baptist Fall Festival – From 3:00pm-6:00pm. Free admission. Games, candy and popcorn. Lots of family fun. Location: High Desert Baptist Church Corner of Johnson & Smoketree Roads in Phelan.
VFW Bingo– From 4:00pm-7:00pm. Come and have fun playing Bingo. All are welcome. Location: Phelan VFW Post #9415 at 4892 Nielson Road in Phelan.
Live Music at the Yodeler- From 8:00pm. Listen to music by local band B.O.B, accompanied by members from the Hwy 2 Band. Enjoy good food and cold drinks. Location: The Yodeler on Park Dr. in Wrightwood.
On Sunday, October 26th, 2025
Ashtanga Yoga Class – From 9:00am. Get your body moving with this yoga class that connects mind, body and breath. $15 for classes. Location: Love Roots Yoga Shala 1329 Hwy 2- 2nd Floor in Wrightwood.
Hillside Church Trunk or Treat – From 2:00pm-5:00pm. A safe family friendly trunk or treat for everyone. Dress up and collect candy at the Hillside Church parking lot. Location: Hillside Community Church 3221 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Karaoke at the VFW– From 2:00pm. Join the fun. Public welcome to this fun, music event. Location: VFW Post #9415 at 4892 Nielson Road in Phelan.
