Locals are eagerly anticipating the return of the Music in the Pines 2024 Summer Concert Series, set to take place at the Wrightwood Community Building parking lot. The free event, a Tri-Community favorite, promises to provide enjoyable summer evenings for all attendees.
The 2024 Series will kick off with its first concert on Thursday, June 27th from 6-9pm featuring The Big Fat Steve Band with a playlist of Rock a Billy, Swing, Jump Jive, Old School Country and Rock with the great sounds of a fiddle and steel guitar. Residents are encouraged to bring their own chairs and a jacket to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The Music in the Pines Summer Concerts will continue on Thursday, July 11th and 25th, as well as August 8th. These live concerts are open to the public and will feature local singers, musicians, and popular bands, providing attendees with the opportunity to sing along, dance, or simply relax and enjoy the music while spending time with friends.
In addition to the musical performances, attendees can participate in raffle drawings for a chance to win great gifts donated by local merchants. Food vendors will be available, and there will be a designated play area for kids to enjoy.
The concert location is situated between Park Drive and Pine Street off Hwy 2, in the Vivian Null Park parking lot area.
