Dillon Adams was a Wrightwood legend to his friends and the youth to follow him, remembered as a friend, a brother, and a role model. He was taken too soon by a car accident at just 17 years old. As an organ donor, Dillon not only lives on through his legacy, but through the lives he was able to extend for seven others. Local families and friends would like to commemorate Dillon by dedicating the skate park to him and local youth. He was the first to ride at the Wrightwood Skate Park and spent a lot of time there with his friends; his passion is carried on by his younger brother and friends.
Friends and family are asking the community’s help to benefit the Future Dillon Adams Memorial. Donated funds would help place a plaque, bench, and other benefits to the park in his honor. The goal is $5000. We all thank you for any contribution.
There is a bank account available for donations, details will be soon shared on social media. The fundraiser will be held September 18th, 12pm at Pharmacy Boardshop. Stop by to support a great cause and enjoy skate competition, food, Slithers & Crawlers and more.
