Music in the Pines 2025 Summer Concert Series continues with two concerts in July. Thursday concerts will be held July 10 and July 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Wrightwood Community Building parking lot. The free event, a Tri-Community favorite, is always an enjoyable and relaxing summer evening outdoors with great entertainment.

Kicking off the July 10 concert is Alex McCue and the Group. Alex McCue’s music delivers a lively mix of reggae, folk and soul, followed by the Hwy 2 Band – Wrightwood, performing rock ’n’ roll songs. The July 24 concert features Sofie Tabesh, a country singer-songwriter and newcomer with a blend of country and rock music. Also performing is the ACME Time Machine band, playing ultimate rock ’n’ roll oldies from the ’50s, ’60s and beyond. The final Music in the Pines summer concert will be held Aug. 7.

These live concerts are free and open to the public. In addition to the musical performances, attendees can participate in raffle drawings for a chance to win great gifts donated by local merchants. Food vendors will be available, and there will be a designated play area for kids to enjoy. The concert location is situated between Park Drive and Pine Street off Highway 2, in the Vivian Null Park parking lot area.

For those interested in supporting Music in the Pines, donations can be made by writing a check payable to “Wrightwood Village Foundation,” with “Music in the Pines” noted on the memo line, and sending it to Music in the Pines, P.O. Box 2241, Wrightwood, CA 92397. Your support is greatly appreciated and will contribute to the success of this beloved community event.
