It won’t be long before holiday lights and displays are seen throughout the community. Phelan Pinon Hills CSD will host its fourth Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 6, at Phelan Park. Starting at 5:30 p.m., hot chocolate and candy canes will be served. The Serrano Choir will perform at 5:45 p.m., followed by the Tree Lighting Ceremony and Santa’s arrival. Christmas music will fill the air. Bring a toy to donate to the San Bernardino County Fire Department’s Spark of Love Toy Drive.
