Heritage Middle School’s Builders Club and the Tri-Community Club Kiwanis Club are hosting a German Day event on May 24 at Heritage School in Phelan from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Regimes Museum will display its amazing collection of Cold War artifacts for guests to learn about the fall of socialism and communism in East Germany in the late 1980s. The event will also feature the Riverside Chapter of the Southern California Porsche Club.

Guests will be able to see artifacts directly from the fall of Communism/Socialism in East Germany and the Berlin Wall. The Regimes Museum artifacts have been featured at The Richard Nixon Presidential Museum, Chapman University, and The Patton Museum. Dr. Marc Voss is the Founder and Executive Director of the Regimes Museum. He will be hosting the evening’s events in the Heritage School’s Multipurpose Room. The Porsche Club of Southern California with its collection of amazing German sports cars will also be on display outside. There will be a BBQ of brats, potato salad, and drinks for $5.

Tickets are $10 and food is $5 – Cash only and available at the door and in advance at Keller Williams in Phelan or the Heritage School’s Front office during normal school hours. Proceeds from the event help to pay for the Regimes Museum participation, future events such as this, and our annual Tri-Community Veterans’ Dinner this upcoming November.

If you have any questions or would like to donate to help us pay for this event, call Keller Williams Realty at 951-757-8369 and ask for Carol. Heritage School is located at 9542 Wilson Ranch Road Phelan California, 92371.
