“Continued Learning At Home” Begins For Snowline Students
Snowline schools will launch their distance learning program called “Continued Learning At Home” on Monday, March 20, 2020. The program is available to all students and is a web-based program that takes the place of traditional classroom education during the school closures resulting from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Students will be able to access the program through the Snowline JUSD website, snowlineschools.com. Teachers will be able to continue to facilitate the learning process and will be able to talk with students or family members about the details of the program.
Supplemental materials will be available to students who need them in either electronic form or paper form. Packets will be available, if requested, at one of the five Grab-and-Go meal program locations starting Monday, March 30, 2020. High school packets will be available Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
All schools in San Bernardino County have been closed as a safety precaution during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Snowline JUSD has closed its schools through May 1, 2020. Schools could open sooner or later than that date, as determined by the District, County, and State. Current Health orders prohibit the gathering of any groups of people larger than one person. Even though district schools are closed, the district is still required to educate students. Questions can be directed to the Snowline Public Relations Department by emailing pr@snowlineschools.com
