On Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 8am-12noon Tri-Community residents can take advantage of Community Cleanup & Free Tire Day. Residents may drop off for free residential trash and yard waste, recyclable material, also for free, up to 9 tires per residence. Must be off rim. NO commercial tires or No commercial waste. NO hazardous materials or e-waste.
The Free Community Cleanup Day is for District residents only. Must show proof of residency. Drop-off is at the CR&R Service Yard located at 9828 Buckwheat Road in Phelan. Sponsored by Phelan Pinon Hills CSD, CR&R and CalRecycle.
