Attention Phelan and Pinon Hills residents! PPHCSD is holding a Free Community Clean-up and Free Tire Day on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 8 a.m. -12 p.m. at the CR&R Service Yard.
The free drop-off event for district residents will be held at the CR&R yard in Phelan. Accepted items include residential trash and yard waste, recyclable materials and tires. Tires must be off the rims and are limited to nine per household. No commercial tires, hazardous waste, e-waste or commercial waste will be accepted. Proof of residency is required.
The PPHCSD drop-off site is at the CR&R Service Yard, 9828 Buckwheat Road, Phelan. This free event, sponsored by Phelan Pinon Hills CSD, CR&R and CalRecycle, is a great opportunity to help keep the community clean. For more information, call PPHCSD at 760-868-1212.
