Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 4:00pm – 7:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner at The VFW – From 5:00pm-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.

Plant a Tree Workshop & Giveaway in Phelan– From 10:00am. Phelan and Pinon Hills residents only. Learn how to plant a tree. Registered attendees will receive a free zero water tree and a chance to win a tumbling composter. RSVP required at www.pphcsd.org/sign-up-for-classes. Location: Phelan Community Park on Warbler & Sheep Creek Roads in Phelan.
Christmas in October– From 10:00am-4:00pm. Phelan Pinon Hills Seniors’ Annual Craft & Bake Sale. Crafts, jewelry, beads, needle work, paintings, wire craft, baked goods & much more. Reasonably priced items along with hot dogs chips & soda. Start your holiday shopping early. Benefits the Senior programs. Location: Phelan Senior Center 4128 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Mexico Lindo’s 19th Anniversary Wrightwood – From 11:00am-10:00pm. Join the celebration. Great food and drink specials ALL day. Music throughout the day. Live Band begins from 5-9pm. Location: Mexico Lindo 1253 Evergreen Road in Wrightwood.
Boo Book Festival at Local Libraries– From open – close. Halloween crafts and fun games. Check out 15 items and receive a light-up Halloween tote bag! Location: Wrightwood Library at 6011 Pine St. & Phelan Library at 9800 Clovis Rd.
Comedy Show in Wrightwood– From 8:00pm-10:00pm. Enjoy a comedy show with headliner Allan Havey. Show is for adults only. Purchase tickets online Location: The Speakeasy at Wrightwood BnB at 800 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.

Karaoke at the VFW– From 1:00pm. Join the fun. Public welcome to this fun, music event. Location: VFW Post #9415 at 4892 Nielson Road in Phelan.
