Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Phelan’s 4th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting– From: 5:30pm. Join the lighting of Phelan’s Christmas Tree. Serrano choir, visit Santa, take selfies. Enjoy hot chocolate and candy canes. All ages welcome. Presented by PPCSD Parks & Recreation. Bring a toy to donate to the SBC Fire Dept “Spark of Love Toy Drive. Location: Phelan Community Park on Warbler & Sheep Creek Roads in Phelan.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 3:00pm – 6:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner at The VFW – From 5:00pm-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.

Chakra Yoga Flow Class – From 9:00am. Gentle yoga flow. $15 for classes. Location: Love Roots Yoga Shala 1329 Hwy 2 2nd Floor Wrightwood.
Forever Wild Christmas– From 10:00am-5:00pm. Meet the amazing animals, and enjoy a day filled with holiday cheer, local vendors, special animal feeds, and more. Admission is $10 per person ages 3+. Location: Forever Wild Animal Sanctuary 8545 Buttemere Road in Phelan.
Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair – From 10:00am- 3:00pm. Several local accomplished artists & artisans will be here showcasing their wares, including holiday home décor, toys, jewelry, specialty gifts & more. Location: Wrightwood Artisans Boutique 5995 Cedar St. Wrightwood.
Wrightwood Christmas Festival & Tree Lighting– 2:00pm-7:00pm. Local vendors offering thoughtful gifts, ornaments, warm drinks, face painting, and holiday treats. Caroling and Tree Lighting will take place once the sun sets. Location: 6069 Park Drive in Wrightwood.
Serrano FFA Holiday Gift Wrapping Fundraiser – From 4:00pm-7:00pm. Serrano FFA will wrap your gifts while you enjoy hot cocoa, music & even do some shopping. 100% of your donation will benefit FFA. Location: Mills Hardware 3936 Phelan Road in Phelan.
Art Exhibit Opening in Wrightwood– From: 5:00pm-8:00pm. Opening reception for Moses Sparks’ artwork which will be featured in An Intimate Portrait of Wrightwood at the Wrightwood Community Arts Center & Gallery throughout December. The event is free to the public. Location: Community Arts Center & Gallery 6045 Park Drive in Wrightwood.
Christmas in the Woods Dinner Show– From 5:00pm. Dinner and an evening of entertainment featuring Comedy, Dance, Jazz, Blues, Classical, Rock and traditional Holiday music. Tickets available at: wrightwoodblues.org. Donate or bring an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots collection box. Location: The Wrightwood Place 770 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Comedy Night in Wrightwood– From 8:00pm. Get ready for an unforgettable stand-up comedy experience at the Speakeasy at Wrightwood Bnb. Tickets are available online. Location: The Speakeasy in Wrightwood BnB at 800 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.

Phelan Spark of Love & Fill the Boot Fundraiser – From 11:00am-12:30pm. Donate an unwrapped toy or drop a donation in the Boot for the Angel Tree kids. Meet Santa, Miss Phelan and her Court, Sparky the Fire Dog & see a Fire Engine. Location: Rite Aid parking lot 4120 Phelan Road in Phelan.
Karaoke at the VFW– From 2:00pm. Join the fun. Public welcome to this fun, music event. Location: VFW Post #9415 at 4892 Nielson Road in Phelan.
“Annie Kids” the Musical by Studio K Dance– Two performances- 2pm AND 5pm presented by Studio K Dance at the Wrightwood Community Building. Tickets $12.00 available online. Location: Wrightwood Community Building 1275 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
****** POSTPONED – Serrano High School Winter Festival – POSTPONED ******** – 2:00pm-6:00pm. Bring the whole family and get into the holiday spirit with pictures with Santa and fun festive activities for all ages. Serrano High School 9292 Sheep Creek Road in Phelan.
UPDATE FROM THE EVENT: The Serrano High School Winter Festival, originally scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 8, has been postponed, according to an update from event organizers. A new date for the festival has not yet been announced.
Despite the postponement of the festival, the Christmas tree pick-up will proceed as planned. Community members can collect their trees on Sunday, Dec. 8, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at Serrano High School.
“We appreciate your understanding and support,” organizers said in a statement. “We look forward to celebrating with you soon.”
