The First Annual Community Resource Fair at Serrano High School is a much-awaited event in the Tri-Community area. Sponsored by the Snowline Joint Unified School District, this event aims to focus on whole-person wellness. It is scheduled for Saturday, April 13, from 11 am to 3 pm and will take place in the East Gym on the Serrano High School campus.
The purpose of this event is to provide families with information, tools, and resources in the world of health, education, financial assistance, food/nutrition, mental health, abuse assistance and recovery, fitness, safety, and more. The Snowline Joint Unified School District believes that a full and healthy life is not just about academic success but also about emotional and physical health, and this is what the Community Resource Fair hopes to promote.
The Community Resource Fair is open to all. Snowline is actively looking for community service organizations, local charities, nonprofit organizations, civic clubs, and community organizations serving the Tri-Community area to participate. The event is an opportunity for organizations to set up a booth, share their resources, offer some swag, and offer support to the community.
If you are interested in participating or have any questions about the event, please get in touch with Katie Bodell or Mike Baernstein at katie_bodell@snowlineschools.com or Michael_baernstein@snowlineschools.com. The Snowline Joint Unified School District encourages everyone to mark their calendars for this exciting event.
In addition to providing families with a wealth of resources and information, the Community Resource Fair promises to be a fun-filled day for all. It will be a great opportunity for families to come together, learn, and have some fun.
The Snowline Joint Unified School District is committed to promoting its students and staff’s health and well-being. The First Annual Community Resource Fair is just one of the many initiatives that the District has taken to promote whole-person wellness. By bringing together community service organizations, local charities, nonprofit organizations, civic clubs, and community organizations, Snowline JUSD hopes to create a strong support network for the Tri-Community.
