President Trump signed an order banning any new immigrants seeking permanent status in the United States. The ban doesn’t include temporary visitors and foreign agricultural workers. “We want to protect our U.S. workers,” Trump said. “By pausing immigration, we will put Americans first in line for jobs as America reopens.”
