Tri-Community NewsPlus

On Wednesday morning, January 4th, deputies were contacted by a supervisor for the Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District regarding Pinon Hills resident, Kyle McShane, being in possession of a stolen water meter belonging to the PPHCSD water district.

Deputy C. Fox authorized a search warrant for McShane’s residence in the 2700 block of Del Rosa Road in Pinon Hills. During execution of the warrant, deputies located the stolen water meter along with a THC Extraction Lab. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Departments Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) responded to the residence and 41 year-old Kyle McShane was arrested. McShane is currently being held in lieu of $700,000.00 bail at High Desert Detention Center for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and manufacturing of a controlled substance.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Deputy C. Fox, at Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station, 760-552-6800. Callers can remain anonymous and contact We-Tip at 800-78CRIME or www.wetip.com.
