Meet The Phelan Chamber of Commerce

Tri-Community NewsPlus

The current Phelan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors includes Rebecca Kujawa, this year’s President. Rebecca has lived locally for 17 years.  She is employed by the Snowline Joint Unified School District as an Educator.  She is currently the Chairwoman for the Concert In The Park Committee.  Rebecca oversees many tasks for the Phelan Chamber, such as Facebook, incoming emails, and co-leads the general meeting, monthly.

Jeanna Mills is this year’s Past President and Treasurer.  Jeanna has lived locally for 43 Years.  She is the owner of Mill’s Hardware in Phelan.  She is currently overseeing many tasks for the Phelan Chamber, such as the flag in front of the waterfall, the chamber’s financials, and the storage unit.  She is also on the Phelan Phun Days committee.

Don Fish Jr. is this year’s Vice President.  He has lived in Phelan  for 38 years.  He is the Owner/Editor/Publisher of the Tri-Community NewsPlus newspaper.  Don’s many tasks for the Phelan Chamber include; public relations, the  chamber’s website, outgoing email notifications, and is currently on the Waterfall Committee.

Nikki Ewing is this year’s Secretary. She has lived locally for many years.  She is an owner of Ewing Electrical.  Nikki oversees many tasks for the Phelan Chamber, such as the phone, Chambers minutes and important documents, and is Chairwoman of the Installation Committee. 

Robert Chacon is a Chamber Director this year. Robert also has lived locally for years. He is an Assistant Superintendent for Snowline Joint Unified School District. Robert currently oversees many tasks for the Phelan Chamber, such as Snowline communications. He’s the Chairman of the Scholarship Committee.  He is on the Phun Days Committee and Angel Tree Committee.

Michelle Hannon is a Chamber Director. Michelle has lived locally for 15 years. She is a Reporter for Tri-Community News Plus.  She is the Chairwoman for the Miss Phelan Committee and on the Waterfall Committee

Kathy Hoffman, current Director and has lived locally for many years.  She is a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Home Source in Phelan. Kathy is the Angel Tree Committee Chairwoman.

Isabel Natividad, Chamber Director, a local resident for 9 years.  She is the Branch Manager at Desert Community Bank in Phelan.  Isabel is the Chairwoman for the Phelan Phun Day Parade and on the Angel Tree Committee.

Davy Feller is a Chamber Director and has lived locally for many years.  He is the owner-operator of Express Lube in Phelan. Davy is on the Easter Committee and the Chairman for the Open House, and Ribbon Cutting Committee.

Tony Spampinato is the new Honorary Mayor.  Tony has lived locally for 35 years.  He is a Pastor. Tony is Chairman for the Easter Committee, on the Open House and Ribbon Cutting Committee, and the Phelan Safe Halloween Committee.

The Goal of the Phelan Chamber of Commerce is to advocate economic progress and quality of life in the Phelan community. Also, cultivate a climate in which the rural lifestyle, commerce, and education can flourish.
