Local Wrightwood Crafter Cleans Up At The Fair

And The winner is: Christine Haller - A master crafter.

Christine Haller, a Wrightwood resident, has entered several exhibits at the San Bernardino County Fair for over ten years, from table settings to food/salsa and quilts, to name a few.

This year she entered several categories: An Easter Table Setting and a Christmas Tree Quilt, each receiving a Best of Show and 1st Place Blue Ribbons. Two other quilts each earned her 2nd Place Ribbons. She also entered a Key Chain Collection from all 50 states. Included in this entry were stamps from all 50 states with their state animal, a collection given to her by her late father. This Key Chain entry won Best of Show. Look for Christine’s entries in next year’s Fair.
