The following dates are recommended by the post office to insure your holiday packages and greetings get to their destination for delivery by December 25th.
*Nov 6th– APO/FPO/DPO (all ZIPs) USPS Retail Ground.
*Dec 9th– APO/FPO/DPO (all ZIPs) Priority Mail and First-Class Mail.
*Dec 15th– USPS Retail Ground.
*Dec 17th– First-Class Mail (including greeting cards).
*Dec 18th– First-class packages.
*Dec 18th– Priority Mail.
*Dec 23rd — Priority Mail Express service (no guarantee for this delivery).
Busiest Time: The Postal Service busiest time starts two weeks before Christmas. Beginning with the week of Dec. 6th. Customer traffic is expected to increase, the week of Dec. 14-21st predicting this to be the busiest mailing, shipping and delivery week.
