Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Social Fridays at Village Roots Collective – From 3:00pm-6:00pm. Free community social at Wrightwood’s newest business, Village Roots Collective, right next to the Wrightwood Artisans Boutique. Enjoy community over a cup of tea. Location: Village Roots Collective 5995 Cedar St. in Wrightwood.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 4:00pm – 7:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner at The VFW – From 5:00pm-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.

VFW Swap Meet/Yard Sale– From 7:00am. Come wheel and deal. Spend at least $10 to earn raffle tickets for great prizes. Playground for kids, food & drinks available. Spaces available for $5. Location: VFW Post #9415 at 4892 Nielson Road in Phelan.
Tri-Community 5k Fiesta– From- 9:00am. Register Now! Competitive and Non-competitive Race. Tri-Community Kiwanis and the Phelan Chamber hosted. Money raised to benefit Snowline District High School Seniors and Miss Phelan Queen Scholarships. For info & to register go to www.TC5KFiesta

Community Teaching Garden– From 10:00am. Gardening 101. Compost/Verma Compost. Learn how simple gardening can be from Master Gardener Michelle Hannon. New topic each month. Free class. All ages welcome. Location: Phelan Garden behind Phelan Community Building and Park at 4176 Warbler & Sheep Creek Roads in Phelan.
Wildfire & Disaster Awareness Day – From 10:00am-3:00pm. CERT demos, emergency vehicles, firescaping plants, fire trucks, various SBC agencies, Smokey Bear & Sparky the Fire Dog. Free popcorn. Free Mother’s Day project for kids. Bring the family. Location: Mountain Hardware 1390 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Maydi Gras at Village Grind – From 1:00pm-4:00pm. Listen to The Modd Rodds band rock out. Enjoy drinks and Mardi Gras food like jambalya and gumbo. Location: Village Grind at 6020 Park Drive in Wrightwood.
Live Music at Wrightwood Brew Co.– From 5:00pm-8:00pm. Enjoy music from The Dancing Echos band. Enjoy cold drinks and good food. Location: Wrightwood Brew Co. at the top of Park Dr. in Wrightwood.
The Big Band Bash – From 6:00pm-10:00pm. Dinner and dancing to 1930 & 40’s hits live from KupkaSonic Dance Orchestra, Silent auction, and 50/50 raffle.
