The Phelan Pinon Hills CSD Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce its latest offering – a Women’s Self-Defense Class. This empowering and fun class is designed to teach essential techniques to protect yourself and boost your confidence in any situation. The class is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 6th, from 3-5 pm at the Phelan Community Center. The Women’s Self-Defense Class is an excellent opportunity to learn practical exercises and effective self-defense moves from experienced instructors.
