The Phelan Chamber of Commerce held their first ever Coloring Contest. The holiday themed contest was part of their “Home For The Holidays” shopping guide. There were three age categories and a cash prize was given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each category. First place received $150, second place $100, and third place $75. The contest was sponsored by Mills Hardware, The Law Offices of Vondra and Hanna, DCB Bank, Pizza Factory and Tri-Community NewsPlus. Winners are listed above.
