Time is running out to submit your application to brighten your child’s holiday through the Phelan Chamber’s Tri-Community Giving Tree Program. Families who meet the Gift Giving Program requirements must fill out a gift program application and submit supporting documents by the Dec. 5, 2025, deadline. Applications are available to pick up at Coldwell Banker in Phelan or can be filled out online at- phelanchamber.info. All requirements, rules, and notices can be found on the website.
