The Wrightwood Community Services District is accepting applications to fill a vacant seat on its Board of Directors. The appointment will cover the remainder of a four-year term set to expire in December 2026.
A special board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Wrightwood Community Building, located at 1275 Hwy. 2. During the meeting, the board will interview candidates and may make an appointment to fill the vacancy.
Interested residents must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Reside within the Wrightwood CSD district boundaries,
- Be a registered voter,
- Submit a resume and letter of intent via email to [email protected].
The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
The Wrightwood CSD is governed by a five-member board responsible for overseeing local services, including parks and recreation, solid waste collection, and street lighting. Board vacancies are typically filled by appointment unless a special election is called.
