The Phelan Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting the Tri-Community Giving Tree. This Gift Giving Program (known in the past as the Angel Tree Program) helps brighten the holidays for local children from families in need.
The Gift Giving Program applications are available starting November 1st. Families who meet the requirements must fill out a Gift Program application and submit supporting documents before the Dec. 5, 2025 deadline. Applications are available to pick up at Coldwell Banker in Phelan or can be filled out online at phelanchamber.info. All requirements, rules and notices can be found on the website. Children should be between 0 and 17 years old and must live in the Phelan, Pinon Hills, or the Wrightwood area. For further questions, contact Kathy at 760-835-9006 or Cheryl at 760-868-8000.
Would you like to help brighten a child’s holiday? Beginning November 25th, start looking for the Giving Trees in local businesses. Each Giving Tree is decorated with ornaments showing a child’s name, age and wish list. Pick one or more and shop for that child, then return the gifts to any Giving Tree location by Dec. 15, 2025. Giving Trees can be found at: Coldwell Banker Home Source, Pizza Factory, Mama Marie’s, Mills Hardware, Rick’s Roadside Cafe, and the Phelan Pinion Hill CSD office.
