On May 25, 2020 San Bernardino County announced the reopening of places of worship based on the newly issued specific State guidelines. Now, places of worship could hold religious services if attendance is limited to 25% of the building capacity and does not exceed 100 guests.

The Fountain of Living Waters located on Johnson Road in Phelan  held two services Sunday, May 31st, one at 8am and the other at 10am.  Many folks opting to watch online from their home.  The Church held service again on June 7th.  Pastor Daouda Traore is diligent in helping his congregation stay connected through all that has transpired since March with Covid19.  He has been hosting a bible study from his home online to stay connected and on track with the Church’s good work and worship.

After two services on Sunday, he was back at home again at 2pm online studying with his congregation and giving prayer for those requesting prayer.
