Come stock up on books at the Wrightwood Library’s parking lot book sale and Make & Take craft event Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Under the parking lot tents, you’ll find a wide variety of books. Fill a grocery bag for $5. Choose from hardcover and paperback fiction, history, children’s books, cooking, health, fantasy and science fiction, politics, biography and autobiography, self-help, religion and more. Whatever your favorite genre, the Friends of the Library will help you find it.
The event also includes a free Make & Take craft and activities for all ages. Kids can make glitter bookmarks, decorate fans, and create sand art bracelets and necklaces. The Wrightwood Library is at the corner of Pine and Apple streets. The event is sponsored by the Wrightwood Friends of the Library, with proceeds benefiting Wrightwood Public Library programs.
