Attention Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District and Wrightwood Community Services District residents! You won’t want to miss the Free Community Cleanup, Pine Needle & Tire Drop-Off Day on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at two locations: Phelan and Wrightwood.
At both locations, all tires must be off the rims, and up to nine tires per household will be accepted. Commercial tires will not be accepted. Proof of residency is required.
The PPHCSD drop-off site will be at the CR&R Service Yard, 9828 Buckwheat Road, Phelan, where residents can drop off unwanted household items, yard waste, recyclable materials (excluding hazardous waste and e-waste), and tires from 8 a.m.-noon. At the same time, WCSD residents may drop off only pine needles and tires at the Wrightwood Community Building parking lot from 8 a.m.-noon.
