This weekends got a lot going on Saturday with a great with a 5K Run and Quartermania Fundraiser. Weather for this weekend looks to be partly cloudy with highs in the around mid 60s to low 70s in Phelan and Pinon Hills, around the 60s for Wrightwood and lows around mid to high 40s for Phelan and Pinon Hills and low 40s for Wrightwood.

Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 4:00pm – 7:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. In the Wrightwood Community Building in Wrightwood, at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner At The VFW – From 5:00-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($18), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($16), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! and support the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.
Senior UNO Game Evening – From 6:00 – 9:00pm, Seniors are welcome to enjoy an evening of UNO with drinks and dessert. Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.

Mexico Lindo 16th Anniversary – Wrightwood – From 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, join the celebration and enjoy great Mexican food, margaritas, beer specials. Get some great anniversary meal specials too! Location: 1253 Evergreen Road in Wrightwood.
11th Annual Frightwood 5K, Mini Monster Mile & Drac Dash – Starts at 3:00pm, A race for all ages and skill levels. Run through the town of Wrightwood, see decorated homes and watch out for ghouls.
