On Friday, November 17th, 2023
Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Senior Game Day – From 10:00am – 4:00pm. Seniors step into the air-conditioned Phelan Senior Center to play games including Cribbage. The popular UNO card game begins at 3:00pm and ends at 6:00pm. Location: Phelan Senior Center, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 3:00pm – 6:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner at The VFW – From 5:00pm-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.

Canine Career Day at High Desert Dog Sports – From 9:00am – Looking for something fun to do with your dog but not sure which sport to try? HHDS will be hosting a chance to try out MANY sports all in one day at a discounted price! Location: High Desert Dog Sports in Phelan
Our Lady of the Snows Pumpkin Bread Sale – From 10:00am. For Sale: Delicious home made Pumpkin Bread and Bags with ingredients to bake your own bread for sale. Shop early, breads sell out fast. Location: Mountain Hardware on Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Children’s Theater Workshop Sign-ups – From 10:00am-1:00pm. Register now for the Theater Workshop & Holiday performance. Ages 4-12 years. Rehearsals begin November 18th.
