LifeStream Blood Donation in Wrightwood– From 2:00pm-6:00pm. “Give Hope, Give Life, Give Love”. Donate blood today and give someone a second chance. Go to: lstream.org for appt. Location: Wrightwood Community Building at 1275 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 3:00pm – 6:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner at The VFW – From 5:00pm-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Wrightwood Country Celebration– From 3:00pm-7:00pm. Family fun: Mechanical bull, face painting, children’s activities. Performance by country music artist- Sofie Tabesh. Proceeds donated to Wrightwood Littlest Pet Shop and Rover Ranger Rescue. Location: Wrightwood Community Building Parking Lot 1275 Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Live Music at Mt. High North Lodge – From 5:00pm -8:00pm. Enjoy music from Winslow band! Winslow is a seasoned Country & Classic Rock cover band founded in 1992 by members of the California Music Hall of Fame. Location: Mt. High North Lodge on Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
