On Friday, April 28th, 2023
Senior Line Dancing – From 8:30am – 11:00am, great fun and exercise while learning to line dance and the best part is it’s FREE! Location: Phelan Senior Center at the Phelan Community Park, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Strength & Conditioning Class – From 10:00am – Join a strength & conditioning training class. Bring a yoga mat, towel & water bottle. An adult must accompany minor children. RSVP required at www.pphcsd.org/sign-up-for-classes Location: Pinon Hills Community Center on Mountain Road in Pinon Hills.
Senior Game Day – From 10:00am – 4:00pm. Seniors step into the air-conditioned Phelan Senior Center to play games including Cribbage. The popular UNO card game begins at 3:00pm and ends at 6:00pm. Location: Phelan Senior Center, 4176 Warbler Road in Phelan.
Wrightwood Farmers Market – From 3:00pm – 6:00pm, locally grown fresh produce, artisan baked goods, jams, coffee, olive oil, honey, natural beauty products & soaps, and crafters can often be found at the Market. Location: In the Wrightwood Community Building at the corner of Park Drive and Hwy 2.
Friday Night Steak Dinner At The VFW – From 5:00-7:00pm, all are welcome to visit the VFW and get a complete delicious steak dinner ($22), alternate meals change each week between Ribs($14), Chicken($12), Pork Chops($12), and Fish n Chips($12) or a vegetarian alternate dinner. Kids meals available too! Proceeds help support the programs and outreach of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Phelan. Location: VFW Post 9415 in Phelan at the corner of Nielson and Johnson Roads.
STEAM Community Connections – From 5:30pm- 7:30pm. STEAM Night. Everyone invited to the re-imagination of this special event. Location: Quail Valley Middle School 10058 Arrowhead Rd

Kids Auditions for Snowline Players – From 6:00pm. Kids are invited to audition for the upcoming Snowline Players Summer Musical. Be prepared to sing a song, learn a dance, and read from a script. ‘Into the Woods’ at Serrano High School– From 7:00pm. A musical performance presented by the Serrano Arts Department. Tickets are $10. Location: Serrano Performing Arts Center on Sheep Creek in Phelan.

Wrightwood Little League Hit-a-Thon – From 8:30am -5:30pm. The 2nd annual Hit-A-Thon fundraising event will help maintain the little league program including funding for equipment and facilities. Make a donation online and cheer for your favorite players. Location: Wrightwood Elementary Little League Baseball Field on Hwy 2 in Wrightwood.
Fill a Bag Book Sale at Phelan Library – From 10:00am- 4:00pm. Come by the Phelan Library parking lot and Fill a Bag of Books for $5. Bags provided or bring your own. Also, specialty books for sale inside. Friends of the Phelan Library event to benefit the library’s programs. Location: Phelan Library 9800 Clovis in Phelan.
