This summer, the Phelan/Pinon Hills CSD will offer activities, classes, and movies at the Phelan Community Park for the whole family to enjoy. Summer fun begins in June and will continue through the end of July.
Friday Night Family Movies in the Park begins at dusk starting on June 9th with “Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation,” on June 16th, “Toy Story 4,” on June 23rd, “Puss n Boots-The Last Wish,” on June 30th, “Cruella.”
Community Teaching Garden Classes taught by Master Gardener Michelle Hannon are held every 2nd Saturday of each month at 10 am. July 8th class is Mulch/Watering Wisely . Free to all ages.
Fitness/Dance classes in the Park are on Tuesdays, June 13, 20 & 27th. Fitness begins at 9 am, and Dance starts at 10 am. All ages are welcome.
Painting in the Park with Sunshine Bright Paint on June 15, 22 & 29th. Ages 5-12 at 9 am and ages 13 & up at 11 am.
Kid’s Archery Lessons with Mojave Archers on June 15, 22 & 29th from 9-11 am. This class is located at the west corner of Cayucos and Sheep Creek Road. Hosted by the Mojave Archers.
