Coming soon! The annual Chili Cook-Off and Salsa Contest, hosted by the Wrightwood Chamber of Commerce, will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024 from 11am-3pm. If you have a favorite recipe for chili or salsa, start fine-tuning your specialty now. Those interested in participating as a contestant or vendor can visit wrightwoodchamber.org for online entry forms, rules, and general information. Chili contestants must register online by Oct. 4th.
The event will feature a variety of activities, such as sampling all the contestants’ chili, a jalapeño eating contest, DJ music, merchandise vendors, and the Chamber’s 50/50 opportunity drawing. Sample all the chili for $10 or $5 for the salsas. The jalapeño eating contest is free to enter!
The day’s festivities will be held at the Wrightwood Community Building and parking lot.
