The Board of Directors of the Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District have adopted and Ordinance changing the meeting dates and time for regular Board meetings. Regular Board meetings will now be held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. Regular Board meetings will now begin at 5:00 p.m. Please be advised that the regular Board meeting scheduled for January 25, 2023, has been scheduled. The next Regular Board meeting Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Phelan Community Center located at the corner of Sheep Creek Road and Warbler Road.
