Hazel Juanita Kordyak, 84, of Wrightwood, California, passed away on June 05, 2021. She was born to parents Charlie and Jessie Campfield on November 30, 1936 in Redlands, California. She graduated from Redlands High School in 1954. Hazel worked as a Chef for 20 years at the Blue Ridge Inn in Wrightwood. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, and cooking. She enjoyed going to church, her prayer group and bible study.
Hazel met George “Jay” Kordyak Jr. and they were married on November 22, 1972 in Wrightwood California . Together they raised one child, David Jay Kordyak .
Hazel is survived by son David Kordyak and his wife Loretta, five grandchildren; DJ, James, Nathan, Hannah, and Hunter all from Manhattan, KS. Brother Jerry Campfield from Redlands, CA. Niece Tina Campfield from Phelan, CA, Nephew Chris Campfield from Phelan, CA, and niece Ruth and husband Robert Escareno from Apple Valley, CA. She was preceded in death by Charlie and Jessie Campfield her parents, George “Jay” Kordyak husband, Donald and Lois Campfield brother and sister-in-law, Joe Campfield nephew .
