MOUNTAIN HIGH OKTOBERFEST

FEAR FARM

Fear Farm Phelan has been scaring up folks for over twenty years with attractions like; blood-curdling Sundown Manor and Chamber of the Damned and scary mazes. The creatures come out each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings beginning October 13th and on Monday, 30th & Tuesday, 31st, at Fear Farm Phelan, 6275 Sundown Drive in Phelan. FALL CANINE (& people, too) CARNIVAL

October 15th, Sunday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Dogs leashed and well-trained welcome. Free admission and low-cost activities for all. Corn Hole Tournament, dog sporting activities, paw traits, VIP wine tasting, live auction & more. Fundraiser for High Desert Dog Sports in Phelan. The event is at The Wrightwood Place, 770 Hwy 2.

WRIGHTWOOD ELEMENTARY FALL FESTIVAL

October 21st, Saturday, 1–6 p.m. Variety of games, inflatable activities, cake walk, raffles, and Food. Family fun. Don’t forget to wear your costumes. 1175 Hwy 2, Wrightwood.

PINON HILLS ELEMENTARY FALL FESTIVAL

October 27th, Friday, 4–7 p.m. Games, raffles, unlimited bounce house & jumpers with $5 wristband, food vendors & local business booths. Wear your costumes—family fun. Open to the Community. 878 Mono Road, Pinon Hills.

13th ANNUAL FRIGHTWOOD 5K, MINI MONSTER MILE & DRAC DASH

October 28th, Saturday at 3pm. All ages are welcome. Walk, run, or ride your broomstick. Wear your costumes and have fun! Watch out for the ghouls. Registration opens at 3 p.m. at Wrightwood Elementary School. Awards & prizes will follow the races. Proceeds to benefit CERT, Serrano HS Drama Dept, and Wrightwood Elementary Raccoon Running Club. WRIGHTWOOD LIBRARY SAFE TRICK-OR-TREAT

October 31st, Monday 4:30–5:30 p.m. Kick off Safe Trick or Treat with Professor Rumbledor’s Fabulous Magic Show held in the library parking lot. 6011 Pine Street, Wrightwood.

WRIGHTWOOD PET PARADE

Dress up your pet and head to Wrightwood. Line up will begin at the CSD building located at: 1275 Hwy 2 at 4:30pm. The parade will start promptly at 5:00 PM and will end at Wrightwood’s Littlest Petshop located at 6032 Cedar St in Wrightwood. Prizes will be given for best costume! Event sponsored by the Wrightwood Property Owners Association.

PHELAN MEMORIAL LIBRARY SAFE TRICK-OR-TREAT

October 31st, Tuesday 5 p.m. Phelan Library will join the Safe Trick/Trunk or Treat at the Stater Bros. west parking lot.

PHELAN SAFE TRICK-OR-TREAT

Phelan Chamber of Commerce will once again host the Safe Trick or Treat “Trunk or Treat” event on Halloween night, Tuesday 31st, from 5–7 p.m. at the west-side parking lot of Stater Bros Plaza. Hundreds of Ghouls, Ghosts, and Goblins will wander the area with a devilish desire for treats from local businesses, clubs, and Tri-Community residents.
