As spring blooms into full swing, Mills Hardware Nursery has announced the arrival of their annuals, perennials, vegetables, berries, herbs, decorative cactus, and shrub plants. The outside garden area of the nursery is now awash with vibrant colors and healthy green foliage, offering a vast selection of plants to brighten up any garden.

A plethora of flowering plants such as pansies, petunias, marigolds, impatiens, begonias, alyssum, celosia, and many more varieties are in stock and bursting with various shades of red, pink, purple, white, yellow, and gold. These are perfect for creating a colorful flower bed that can transform any outdoor space.

For those looking for a more long-lasting garden, perennials like hollyhocks, alyssum, poppies, salvia, lavender, and many more are available. Meanwhile, rose bushes in over ten shades, large rosemary bushes, butterfly bushes, and other shrubs are also in stock.

For those with a green thumb, a variety of hardy vegetables such as peas, artichokes, kale, lettuce, hot peppers, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, celery, and carrots are available. Additionally, strawberry plants are on hand to add some sweetness to any garden.

For those wanting to add some flavor to their cooking, a selection of deep green herb plants like rosemary, basil, cilantro, mint, and others are located in the outside nursery area, next to small cactus and other succulents.

Mills Hardware is located in the Phelan Towne Square at 3936 Phelan Rd in Phelan. Open from Monday – Friday, 7:30am-7:30pm and Saturday from 7:00am – 7:30pm.
