PHELAN SAFE TRICK OR TREAT
October 31st, Thursday,5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Phelan Chamber of Commerce will once again host the Safe Trunk or Treat event on Halloween night at the west-side parking lot of Stater Bros Plaza. Hundreds of Ghouls, Ghosts, and Goblins will be wandering the area with a devilish desire for treats handed out by local businesses, clubs and Tri-Community residents.
