Looking for some summer fun in August? The Mojave Narrows and Glen Helen, two of the San Bernardino County Regional Parks offers fun summer activities throughout August.
Mojave Narrows hosts Popsicles and Craft on August 6th from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Kids can cool off enjoying a refreshing popsicle while creating a fun craft. Join Glen Helen Regional Park’s summer activities beginning on August 4th from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm with Celebrating Trees! Enjoy a fun afternoon under the trees while learning why trees are good for our environment. Popsicles and Craft on August 6th from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Kids can cool off enjoying a popsicle while creating a fun arts and craft project. Popsicles and Lawn Games is on August 9th from 10:00 am-1:00pm. Families can enjoy lawn games and popsicles. Art in the Park: Oragami will be held on the 15th from 10:00-1:00 pm. Learn the simply the art of folding paper into different objects. Animal Evidence on the 24th at 1:30 pm-3:30 pm. Track down evidence of different animals, birds & wildlife in the park.
All activities are free with a $10 per vehicle entry fee. Supplies will be provided while they last. Mojave Narrows Regional Park is located at 18000 Yates Road in Victorville. Glen Helen Regional Park is located at 2555 Glen Helen Parkway in San Bernardino. Bring the family and spend the day at one of the many San Bernardino Regional Parks.
