The Phelan Chamber of Commerce Phelan Phamily Phun Days returns on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in downtown Phelan. A cherished Tri-Community tradition since the 1960s, Phun Days is a celebration of hometown spirit, family fun, and the people and traditions that bring our community together. This year’s theme, “Stars, Stripes & 250 Years,” recognizes America’s 250th anniversary.
The day kicks off with the Phelan Phun Days’ opening ceremony at the Chamber’s Waterfall sign located across from Phelan Elementary School, which is also the best area to watch the Phun Days Parade. The Parade begins at 9 a.m. starting on Phelan Road near Valle Vista Road. A festive procession of classic cars, local clubs, school groups, equestrian entries, and hometown heroes — including appearances by local firefighters, sheriff’s deputies, and the Serrano High School Cadet Corps color guard. The parade also features the Serrano High School Marching Band, youth organizations, and creative hometown floats — all rolling down Phelan Road. Parade awards are scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on the Phun Days stage.
The day continues along both sides of Phelan Road just past Sheep Creek Road, where you’ll first see the Champagne Classic Car Show with custom cars, trucks, vintage gems, and motorcycles. The roaring Open Header Contest returns at 12:30 p.m. Car Show awards will be presented at 3:30 p.m. at the Phun Days Stage.
Kids can run wild in the Phun Zone, a high-energy play area featuring Orbitron, giant rock climbing wall, inflatable slide, and obstacle course, and hands-on games. Purchase a $20 wristband- includes unlimited rides and carnival games. Or purchase an individual $5 ticket for one ride and one round of carnival games.
At the center of it all, the Phun Days Stage delivers nonstop entertainment, including a family-friendly DJ, fun contests, and prize giveaways. Festivalgoers can also relax and enjoy a cold one in the shaded Beer Garden or explore the vendor corridor filled with handcrafted goods, tasty bites, local services, and booths hosted by Tri-Community businesses and organizations.
Returning is the Desert Visions Art Show, showcasing the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of the region. The Desert Visions Art Show, curated by the Pinon Hills Chamber of Commerce, brings local and regional artists together in a tented outdoor gallery featuring photography, painting, sculpture, and more — with awards in multiple categories.
Join us on Saturday, October 3rd for a day of connection, celebration, and community pride. Admission is free, and all are welcome. Come be a part of the tradition — and make new memories at Phun Days 2026. www.phundays.com
