The Phelan Chamber of Commerce’s Angel Tree Program provides Tri-Community children of lower-income families with new gifts, such as toys and clothing, through the support of local businesses, organizations, and individuals. Angel Trees are decorated with paper “Little Angels,” which have the first name, age, and gender of a child needing presents. Donors remove one or more “Little Angels” from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child. Angel Trees are located in local businesses throughout the Tri-Community.
Look for Angel Trees beginning November 7th and return unwrapped Gifts by December 10th at any of the participating businesses: Desert Community Bank- Phelan and Wrightwood, Coldwell Banker Home Source, Pizza Factory, Mama Maria’s, Mills Hardware, Rick’s Roadside Cafe, and the Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District Office.
If you don’t want to shop, you can still help. Stop by Spark of Love- Fill the Boot on Sunday, December 3rd, 2023, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Rite Aid Parking Lot. Donate some cash or some toys. And eat at Mama Maria’s in Phelan on Friday, December 8th, 2023, and they will donate 20% of all sales to Angel Tree.
